Roll and Core Ejection Chuck

The Duplex mandrel introduces a breakthrough design that integrates a mechanical expanding chuck with high-gripping jaws and a pneumatic telescopic piston, perfectly concentric with the mandrel. This feature allows operators to safely remove blocked cores and rolls on any roll stand, since the piston thrust force is always coaxial to the roll.

The Duplex mandrel maintains existing dimensional requirements without interfering with roll width. It is available for single mandrels in 3″ and 4″ (6″ on request) and the SM version for multiple diameter combinations.
